Corporate Profile

STARTED IN 1987, AMAR GROUP TILL NOW HAS DONE A LOT OF LANDMARK PROJECTS, CONSOLIDATING THE IDEA OF DELIVERING AFFORDABLE PREMIUM QUALITY HOMES.

When Amar Group was started, Vadodara was called Baroda, and was a much different city than what it is today. The demands were different, the processes were different, but with time Amar Group has evolved itself to become one of the pioneer builder groups of the city.

His father, Dharamsinhbhai Prajapati began his journey in 1987 with very little to earn and everything to lose. With time he built an organization which today follows his vision and ideology. He started by getting turnkey projects when he came from Saurashtra to Vadodara in 1980.

After a few years of struggle, he collaborated with a few partners to launch a few projects before giving birth to Amar Group in 1987. Post 1987, the journey has been full of learning and improving. The group's name has been derived from the spiritual leader's name 'Amra Bapu'.

  • Design philosophy

Amar Group has followed the core concept of giving the best to their customers with every project.

"Our design philosophy is simple but intrinsic in nature. We make sure that all our projects have sufficient sunlight and good air circulation to maintain positive energy in the house.

Our primary objective has always been and will always be to fulfill the dreams of our customers by giving them a house that they can be proud of.We indulge ourselves in a comprehensive research before starting our construction; the whole idea is to make sure that the homes that we're building last for a long time.

  • The challenges

"There are a lot of challenges that we builders face in our business, but there are a few which have remained constantly through these years. The high land prices is a challenge that is sometimes hard to overcome but the situation is changing gradually. The other challenge is the coming of new entrants in the market with their extremely low prices. However, we concentrate on quality because a lot is at stake for the customers. Patience is the quintessential quality required to sustain in this field, without which it is difficult to see growth.

  • Success is not an overnight phenomenon; it will come through constant struggle and experience,"
